Colour Mill colourings allow the colour to disperse through every part of a fat-rich medium. This is because all water-based materials have been removed and replaced with cake & Chocolate friendly oils which mix through much better than water-based gels (as water repels from the oils in your cake batters and buttercreams).
Instructions: Shake well before use. Colour will develop over time. Store in a cool dry place away from sunlight.
