Colour Mill colours disperses more evenly through every part of a fat-rich medium. This is because all the water-based ingredients have been removed and replaced with friendly oils which mix easier than water-based gels and pastes, making this product perfect for colouring; White Chocolate, Buttercream and Cake Batter.  Instructions: Shake bottle well before use.
